By submitting the application, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

The personal data of the User is processed for the following purposes:

• Registration on the online learning platform;
• Providing access to learning materials and courses;
• Sending notifications about training, changes in the schedule, and new programs;

• Email address;
• Performance and assignment completion data.

The Provider undertakes not to transfer the User's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Incorrect data may result in restricted access to the services.

All materials posted on the Platform, including online courses, videos, texts, and programs, are the intellectual property of the Provider. Copying and distributing materials without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

The Provider is not responsible for:

• Technical failures on the Platform;
• Failure to access materials due to incorrect use of the Platform;
• Losses associated with the use of information obtained through the Platform.

• Not to disclose login and password to third parties;
• Use the Platform solely for personal educational purposes;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the Platform's materials.

The Provider reserves the right to remove the User's account in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.

This Agreement comes into force upon submission of the application by the User or registration on the Platform.

The Provider reserves the right to amend the Agreement. The new version is posted on the company's website.
